Friday already...

Time flies whether you are or aren't having fun.. it zips and zooms and swooshes by in less than a blink of an eye... it never drags or sags.. it never waits or is late. Time moves like lightning slashing through the sky... now you see it, now you don't.

I finished the arrangement today.. you can see it on my craft blog. It's almost good. It's the best I could do. I'm not a flower arranger... but the colors are pretty.

I didn't exercise today but I walked and walked... still that's not enough. So my promise to me is to catch up on the weekend. If I do yesterdays exercise tomorrow and todays exercise the next day I'll be caught up. Still having quite a knee pain. There is one exercise I do for the lower back that I think is causing my knees to hurt. I'll leave that one out for a while and see if it makes any difference.

Bought strawberries today from a little roadside stand.. We got a good deal on them. We got 6 baskets and she gave us the seventh free.. She also kept piling and piling them on top... Besides they are super delicious. I cleaned them all and put some in the freezer. Hopefully I can get some more soon.
